Welcome to NRG Bodies, a unique space where the physical meets the spiritual under the guidance of our founder, Bec. With a lifelong journey in spiritual exploration, Bec's path has been anything but ordinary.

Bec has always been deeply connected to a world beyond the physical. As a child she knew that this was not “just” it. Bec meditated as a young person and could see the biofield as a teenager. Drawing inspiration from the teachings of spiritual leaders like Jesus and Buddha she begun to explore the spiritual path via a long journey of studies and profound spontaneous, and then later, controlled out of body experiences. Amongst meeting her spiritual guides, maintaining connection with deceased loved ones as well as her star family from Andromeda, Bec has somehow managed to maintain a sense of ‘groundedness’ that she believes came from integrating the knowledge one step at a time.

“My father was a police officer and my mother works in finance. I had to find my “way” on this spiritual path very much on my own, knowing that this is what I was meant to do here on earth. It was by no means mainstream when I started this work so it meant I kept it fairly low key until a client stepped through my doors ready and willing.”

Over the last 15 years, Bec has honed her skills along the east coast of NSW, offering individual and group support in sound healing and exploration of altered states of consciousness. She understands that healing and growth encompass both the physical and energetic aspects of our being. Her approach integrates the powerful interplay of mindset, intent, and desire – key elements she believes are essential to unlocking human potential.

But don't let her spiritual depth fool you – Bec is wonderfully relatable and brings a touch of humour and lightness to her work. She's as much at home and in the gym, where she made her successful debut at the WBFF in 2023, as she is in her spiritual practices. Laughter, good conversation, and cuddles with her beloved dog & cat are just as much a part of her life as her spiritual endeavours.

In her sessions, Bec offers more than just spiritual guidance. She's also a skilled practitioner of remedial massage, recognising the necessity of physical touch and manipulation to maintain alignment and vitality. Her treatments often incorporate tuning forks and sound healing, blending her love for physical and energetic anatomy to create a truly transformative experience.
