This is a workshop for men and women. Bec has been consciously manifesting and creating a life that aligns to her soul and who she truly is! She has been facilitating these workshops in Sydney and wanted to make it available to Port Stephens where she currently resides.
The day will include meeting amazing like minded people and sharing your intentions for being in the space. You will be provided with a journal to write down thoughts, insights, downloads and ‘aha’ moments. A sound bath and guided meditation is provided to take you deep into the space of connection with higher guidance and clearer insight.
Clearly identifying blocks and moving out of analytical mind will be some of the things discussed — The day will be insightful and joyful, peaceful and soulful !!
